Affiliate Disclosure

How MainNPC makes money from the links on this site, in plain language.

The Short Version

Some links and buttons on MainNPC are affiliate links or paid game-install offers. If you click one and take the resulting action (install a game, sign up, make a purchase), we may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. This is one of the ways MainNPC stays free to read.

How Our Install Offers Work

Several of the games we cover have "install" buttons or links tied to CPI (cost-per-install) or CPA (cost-per-action) partner offers. That means: you click, you install and open the game (sometimes complete a small in-game action like reaching a level), and we're paid by the offer network for that referral. You never pay us anything, and in most cases the game itself is free-to-play regardless of how you got there, installing through our link just credits us instead of nobody.

How We Choose Partners

We only run install offers and affiliate links for games and products we've actually covered editorially. Having a partnership with a game does not buy a better review. See our Editorial Standards. If a game we have an offer for turns out to be bad, our review says so.

No Extra Cost to You

Affiliate commissions and install-offer payouts come from the network or advertiser's marketing budget, never from an extra charge to you. Prices and install terms are exactly what they'd be if you found the game or product on your own.
